What we collect

When you ask for a quote we collect what we need to call you back: your name and phone number, and if you give them, your email, your address or area, and what you'd like cleaned. We do not ask for payment details on this website.

How we use it

Your details go straight to Cole's phone so he can call you back about your quote. That is the whole purpose. We do not sell your information and we do not share it with anyone outside Diamond Exterior Cleaning, apart from the providers who deliver our text messages and host this website for us.

No mobile information, including phone numbers and text opt-in data and consent, is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Calls and text messages

When you send the quote form, Cole will call you about your quote. He only texts you if you tick the optional text box on the form (or text us first). Texting is never required to get a quote. How to opt in to texts: on the quote form at diamondextcleaning.com, enter your name and mobile number and tick the optional box (it is unchecked by default) that says Diamond Exterior Cleaning LLC can send you customer care text messages. What we send: customer care texts only (quote follow-ups, scheduling, appointment reminders and one review request after your job), never marketing. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help. Full details on what we text, how often, and how we protect your number are in our Text Message Terms & Privacy.

How we keep it safe

This website is served over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. Your details are stored only in password-protected business accounts that Cole and the people who help run our marketing can open, and we keep them only as long as we need them to quote and serve you. If you ask us to delete your information, we will.

Cookies and advertising

This site uses cookies and the Meta pixel so we can tell whether our advertising is working. Meta may receive a record that you visited this site or asked for a quote. We use it only to measure and improve our ads, never to identify you to anyone else.

The $50 offer

The $50 off your first clean offer is limited to the first 20 customers. Once those twenty are claimed the offer ends and comes off this page. It applies to your first service only, cannot be combined with other offers, and is subject to us servicing your area.

Quotes and pricing

Prices discussed on this site or in our advertising are estimates for a standard job. Final pricing depends on the size, height, access and condition of what's being cleaned, which we confirm when we see it. Nothing here forms a contract — work begins once you've accepted a quote from us.

Service area

Mesa, Gilbert, Chandler, Queen Creek, Apache Junction, Tempe, Scottsdale and East Phoenix. If you're just outside it, ask — we'll tell you honestly whether we can get to you.

Your choices

You can ask us to delete your information at any time, or ask what we hold. Call or message and we'll take care of it.
