Who is texting you
Texts are sent by Diamond Exterior Cleaning LLC (“Diamond Exterior Cleaning”, “we”), a window cleaning, pressure washing and mobile auto detailing business based in Mesa, Arizona. Cole, the owner, is the person who reads and answers your replies.
How you sign up
We only text you if you asked us to or got in touch with us first. You can sign up in these ways:
- Our Facebook or Instagram quote form. Tick the optional box that says you agree to be texted. It is never ticked for you. If you leave it unticked, we do not send you automatic texts.
- The quote form on this website. When you send it, you agree we may call or text you about your quote. The notice sits right beside the button.
- You call or text us. If you call our business line and we miss you, we send one text back asking how we can help. We only keep texting if you reply.
Consent to receive text messages. By signing up, you agree that Diamond Exterior Cleaning LLC may text you at the number you gave us about your quote request, including follow-ups, scheduling, and a review request after your job. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You do not have to agree to texts to get a quote or have work done.
You must be 18 or older to sign up for our text messages.
What we text you
- A reply to your quote request
- Follow-up questions and reminders about your quote
- Scheduling and arrival details for your appointment
- One reply after a call we missed
- Invoice and payment links for work you booked
- One request to leave a Google review after your job
We do not text you about anyone else’s products, and we do not send chain or group blasts.
How often
Message frequency varies. After a quote request you may get up to four automatic texts over about a week (the first one, then roughly one day, three days and seven days later). Those stop as soon as you reply or we have spoken. On top of that, you will get any back-and-forth messages you start, appointment details, and one review request after a finished job.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your phone plan. We do not charge you for the texts themselves.
Stop or get help
- Reply STOP to any text and we will stop texting you. You will get one last message confirming it.
- Reply HELP to any text for help, or call (618) 973-4245 or email diamondexterior2025@gmail.com.
- You can also just tell Cole by phone and he will take you off the list.
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
What we collect
When you ask for a quote we collect what we need to quote and schedule your job: your name and mobile number, and if you give them, your email, city or address, what you need cleaned, when you want it done, and anything you write in the notes box. We also keep the text messages between you and us. We do not ask for card details on this website.
How we use it, and who sees it
We use your information to answer your request, give you a price, schedule and do the work, send invoices, and ask for a review. That is all.
We do not sell your information. No mobile information, including phone numbers and text opt-in data and consent, is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
We share information only with the companies that help us run the business and only so they can do that job for us: the provider that delivers our text messages, the provider that hosts this website, and the payment provider if you pay an invoice by card. This website also uses cookies and the Meta pixel so we can tell whether our advertising works. See our Privacy & Terms for that and for our quote terms.
How long we keep it
We keep quote requests and messages as long as we need them to serve you and keep ordinary business records. Ask us to delete yours and we will.
Your choices and contact
You can ask what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, at any time.
